John co-founded Rochester, NY-based creative company Truth Collective five years ago with a mission to use the power of truth in an advertising industry often tempted otherwise. The result: a new organizational model focused on head space and productivity and more insightful, powerful communications.

John’s role is to help identify future competitive advantages for brands. Throughout his three-decade career on both sides of the Atlantic, he’s found you have to ask a lot of questions to understand which are actually the smart ones. With experience spanning global agencies he’s worked with iconic brands, running his own planning and brand consultancy in the UK and Europe.

As Chief Strategy Officer of Truth Collective, John is relentless in his passion for unearthing real human insights that change the futures of companies for good. With more enthusiasm than ever for the challenges and fun of running a business, John’s first loves are still his wife, twin sons, brown and yellow dogs, and keeping the blue flag flying high. Just don’t ask about the chickens.
