Dave Fuehrer has poured his experiences, including two primary cancer diagnoses in his twenties and losing his father to cancer, into advocacy. His commitment is to improving access to healthcare and creating the most used #DigitalHealth platform in oncology.
Dave co-founded GRYT Health, a tech start-up with a social purpose. He and his team have spent five years researching the cancer experience to build a platform around people’s preferences and expectations for use. Since launching The Stupid Cancer App on October 1, 2017, there have been a quarter of a million interactions by cancer patients, survivors and caregivers in all 50 states and across 50 countries. The Stupid Cancer App is connecting people with others just like them and with information to manage their health on their terms.
