Gregg Gordon
Gregory J. Gordon runs SSRN, the Open Access online repository of research, a place where scholars in every discipline from economics to chemistry to medicine come together and share what they’re working on. Gregg helped University of Rochester and Harvard Economist Michael C. Jensen found SSRN in 1994, after having worked at KPMG helping technology and health care companies rethink their businesses. In May 2016 SSRN joined Elsevier, one of the world’s most influential providers of scientific information, including Cell Press and The Lancet, and as Managing Director of Knowledge Lifecyle Management is now part of the team helping Elsevier rethink what research means in a more open digital world. He travels far, far too much on a mission to understand and help create the systems required for scientists to solve the world’s hardest problems more effectively.
